Target tells Chicago: Veto living wage or lose 2 new stores
Target Corp. is ready to drop plans to build two stores in Chicago unless that city's mayor vetoes an ordinance requiring operators of large stores to pay their workers at least $10 an hour, plus benefits, within four years.
