Pregnant women and moms find workplace bias still a fact of life

While much has changed for working mothers, pregnancy discrimination still exists, according to women's advocacy experts, labor lawyers and attorneys for the employment commission. "We've seen a notable increase (in discrimination claims) over the past 14 years. It's still a major problem in the workplace," said David Grinberg, an EEOC spokesman in the commission's Washington headquarters.
